What is an Employer Identification Number?
An Employer Identifiction Number (EIN) is a tax identification number assigned to your company by the Internal Revenue Service, which is the tax authority in the United States. An EIN is required to open your company's bank account, run payroll, and file US taxes.
EIN Application
Subhan Law helps you to obtain your EIN by filing Form SS-4 with the IRS and we act as your third party designee. We'll also assist you in completing Form 8821, which allows us to call the IRS on your behalf in case the EIN is not delivered on-time.
No SSN Required
If a founder has a US Social Security Number (SSN), a US address, and a US phone number, we can obtain your company’s EIN in 1–2 business days after incorporation. If the founder does not have an SSN, then the IRS generally takes 30+ business days after incorporation to issue the EIN.
