Our registered agent partner helps more than 1 million US companies annually
What Our Registered Agent Partner Does For You
To maintain good standing, every state in the US requires that companies have a registered agent to receive official notices. Our initial setup fee includes one year of registered agent services. Annual renewal fees apply thereafter.
We partner with the leader in registered agent services in the US. Our registered agent partner provides registered agent services for more than 1 million companies nationwide, annually. Your registered agent ensures you receive service of process and or other notices from the state.
Limited Business Mailing Address
Your registerd agent also allows you to use their address as a limited business mailing address. The limited business mailing address service is included with all LLCs, except Delaware. For Delaware, you will need to obtain a registered office. See details below.
Your limited business mailing address can be used on your website, marketing materials, and advertising, as long as you keep our registered agent services. Unfortunately, you cannot use your "limited business mailing address" for any product returns nor on any shipping labels.
Limited Mail Forwarding
Your registered agent also provides your company with limited mail forwarding services. Your registered agent will receive and scan up to 3 pieces of mail and send it to you via email. After the first 3 documents, then additional fees apply. Most clients use the 3 free documents and then use either a different mailing address or a virtual office.
Registered Office
For Delaware and Cayman companies, you must also obtain a registered office. We'll connect you with our workplace solution partners, International Workplace Group (IWG). IWG owns Regus, Spaces, and HQ. They can assist you in obtaining a mailing address, virtual, or dedicated office space to get mail forwarding services and or to meet a registered office requirement. We'll share other options as well.
