What We Need From You to Form Your US Company

The first step is to schedule a video call with us, so we can learn more about you and your business. Then we'll be able to advise you and guide you on the best structure for you to enter the U.S. market.

After advising you on which business structure is right for you, then we'll send you the fee agreement to esign, next you'll receive an invoice to pay online via debit or credit card, and finally you'll complete our simple and easy online questionnaire.

Our online questionnaire will ask you to enter the company type, company name, description, address, founder(s) information, percentage of ownership, company roles, and upload founder(s) passports. That's it. We'll take care of all the rest.
