K-1 Fiance Visa

The K-1 fiancé(e) visa allows the foreign fiancé of a U.S. citizen to come to the U.S. and get married within 90 days. After marrying in the United States, then the foreign spouse will apply for a marriage green card.

K-1 Visa Requirements	Description of Requirements
2 Year Rule	Must have meet in-person within past 2 years.
Genuine Relationship	Evidence showing relationship is real. Photos, flight itineraries, etc.
Affidavit of Support	Demonstrate financial ability to support your fiancé(e).
Plan to Marry	Prove intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US.
